Mercury Pay has provided the worst customer service and technical support that I have ever encountered in my career. Buyer beware that there is very little support, and even closing your account is extremely difficult and will take a large amount of time. I do not recommend this company, Express pay or their <a target="_blank" href="https://www.cardpaymentoptions.com/glossary/virtual-terminal-definition/">Virtual Terminal</a> to any business, small or large.
